Pretty and Pink in March

There is a lot of pink in my Devon garden this month and very lovely it is too, a change from all that brash yellow, what with Daffs and the like. I nipped out and took a few photo's to share .......
The pretty flowers of Bergenia are delightful as a cut flower whilst the large leaves, Elephant's Ears, add texture to your shady borders. Erica carnea is the Heather that flowers in Spring and will tolerate limey soil.
Grow Chaenomeles as a free standing shrub in your borders or train it up a wall always a welcome sight in Spring, whilst fragrant Viburnum farreri will bloom all Winter.
For the lovliest flowers search out the hybrid Helleborus
From December to April there is always a Cherry Tree that will blossom in your garden
