Terms and Conditions Flower Fusions  Feb 2017  

Welcome to Flower Fusions website. Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from it are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. "We" or "Our" means Flower Fusions "You" or "your" means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet or telephone or by other means of communication. By accessing our website and placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.


If you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please phone 07949 510787 before you place an order. If you do not accept these terms and conditions in full then we reserve the right to cancel your order request.



Payments may be made to this website with PayPal or if preferred by cheque or bank transfer.

Payments processed online are securely handled by PayPal,


Flower Fusions do not collect your card details directly and as such we do not store them online to comply with Data Protection.


We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1988 and will only send you marketing emails if you have opted to receive such information – you can opt out at any time.


We use cookies on this website during our checkout process to collect information including your email address and name. We do not store or retain your credit or debit card details.




Booking and Payment

By completing the online booking for a particular workshop you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. The fee for attending a particular workshop is as stated on the workshop page of our website. All payments for workshops must be paid in full when booking and before attending a workshop session.


Cancellations and Refunds

If you are unable to attend the workshop you have paid for and wish to cancel then as long as you notify us four weeks before the workshop is due to run you may send a friend in your place or receive a refund.


If you give less than four weeks notice before the workshop then no refunds will be given but you may still send a friend in your place. Should we need to cancel a workshop you will receive a full refund.




Our Flowers

All orders are subject to availability. Our flowers are English grown and seasonal so we choose the best flowers in the garden for delivery that week so all bouquets and arrangements will be unique and original.


Please note some flowers and plants may be harmful or poisonous to humans or pets if eaten or touched with bare hands or skin. Please call us prior to ordering if you have an allergy to flowers or plants. We cannot guarantee that any of the flower deliveries made by us are free of allergens.



Flowers are delivered locally by van generally within a ten mile radius of Chardstock, Devon or sent nationally to UK destinations by Royal Mail first class post. The price of delivery is included in the price of the bouquet and shown at the time of you placing your order.


Placing an Order

The order will require you to provide us with your personal details, including full address and contact telephone number together with those of the intended recipient. We cannot be held responsible for flowers not delivered due to incorrect delivery details. Full payment details will also be requested and payment in full is required before delivery.


Orders for flowers can be taken online or over the telephone.


If the intended recipient of the flowers is not at home the flowers can be left with a neighbour or in a safe location of your choosing and a card will be left for you advising of this. Once a card is left the delivery is deemed complete and the responsibility for receipt of the flowers becomes the recipients.


We do not dispatch flowers by post on Saturdays or Sundays. Hand deliveries are made throughout the week except on Sunday.


Any late or non-delivery of flowers dispatched with Royal Mail or due to bad weather cannot be refunded or resent.

In the unlikely event that flowers are not received in good condition please notify us immediately upon receipt and supply photographic evidence via email, we will then consider a refund in full.


Cancellations and Alterations

Orders can be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, providing delivery was not requested for the next working day. Any requests to cancel or amend are requests only and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that flowers are excluded from the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) due to their perishable nature.

Each garden design is unique and there are separate terms and conditions for this service, which are sent with each Garden Planning Brief and fee proposal letter after an initial consultation between client and designer.



The Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
